Hello there!

Gabriele Muscogiuri \ Efficy

Cover Letter

Hi Efficy team,

I’m excited to apply for the Front-End Engineer position at Efficy, as your vision matches what I’m looking for: joining a strong team of senior developers who help each other both technically and personally, working on scalable solutions, and being part of a culture based on sharing knowledge, freedom, and professional growth.

I’m especially interested in Efficy because it combines my passion for building high-performance front-ends with a product where frontend work really matters. Coming from a land where olive trees are dying due to Xylella and where fruit tree “technology” often means chemical pesticides, I see great value in your mission. Working on Efficy, turning data into actionable insights, is the kind of meaningful, data-driven challenge I enjoy, especially in a cross-functional environment with the freedom to go beyond the frontend.

I’ve built modern front-ends for SaaS products in cloud security, healthcare, marketing automation, and CRM platforms for over 11 years. At Facile.it, I led the migration to a scalable React 18 + Next.js monorepo, reducing release times by 35% and improving Core Web Vitals from 65 to 98. At LeadsBridge, I developed APIs and features that helped businesses stay operational during COVID through software automation. At Sysdig, I built an interface from scratch, creating a stable design system with TypeScript, Styled Components, and Storybook.

My approach focuses on performance and clean code, easy to read, reuse, and test, with the ability to find strong solutions before writing any code. I enjoy working with stacks like React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Styled Components, Redux, Playwright, and REST API, and using functional programming tools like fp-ts to make code more predictable and safe.

My next goal is to strengthen my skills towards a full-stack role, grow technically, and develop new skills in both technology and leadership, while continuing to deliver high-quality products. I’d be happy to bring my experience, teamwork attitude, and passion for building solid solutions to Efficy, contributing to your projects, team, and long-term goals.

Thanks for considering my application. I'd be happy to chat further.

Sincerely,

Gabriele Muscogiuri
